Why exclusive costs more and is usually the better buy
An exclusive lead is yours alone — nobody else is calling. Contractors typically close two to three times as many of them, so the cost per job you actually win comes out about the same as a shared lead, without competing on price to get it. Shared leads make sense when you want volume and have capacity to chase; exclusive makes sense when you want to quote properly and win on quality.
Prices shown are pay-as-you-go. Subscribers pay the discounted rate for their tier. Commercial jobs are priced individually above a certain size.

How much does a lead cost?
Leads are priced in credits, and the cost varies by service and job size — a full replacement on a two-storey home is worth more than a cleaning. You see the exact credit cost before you unlock anything, and you are never charged for a lead you did not choose to open.
How many other contractors get the same lead?
Shared leads go to a maximum of four companies, and often fewer. We also offer exclusive leads that go to one contractor only. The lead card tells you which type it is before you spend a credit.
What if a lead turns out to be junk?
Submit a dispute from the lead page. If the contact details are fake, the phone number is invalid, the job is outside your coverage area, or the homeowner says they never made the request, we credit you back. Disputes are reviewed by a person, not auto-approved and not auto-denied.
Can I control how much I spend?
Yes. Set a daily lead cap and a weekly budget per coverage area, and pause any area or the whole account at any time. You are never enrolled in anything that keeps charging while you are on holiday.
Do contractors who pay more get ranked higher?
Not in the results homeowners compare. Subscription tier affects how early you are notified about a new lead, and that is disclosed. It does not reorder quote comparisons or contractor profiles for homeowners, and any promoted placement we ever run will be labelled as such.
